Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Electrical Items that have been opened/used and then returned
  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment this can take up to 14 days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at returns@joppashop.co.uk

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at returns@joppashop.co.uk

Shipping

To return your product, please mail us at returns@joppashop.co.uk Once the return is confirmed we will provide details on where to send the item or provide you with a prepaid label

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid on the delivery of your item when originally purchased are non-refundable. If you decided to opt for a prepaid label the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If shipping an item over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
