Shipping policy
At Joppa, we’re committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note the order cut off time for express shipping is 2pm any orders after this time will be processed the next working day
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel processing if items are out of stock or if there is a high volume of orders. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer:
Standard Shipping 2-4 business days £2.90
Express Shipping 1-3 business days. £4.99
All orders over £50 will be eligible for free standard Shipping
📭 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalising your order.
We are not responsible for:
Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Delivery to wrong addresses due to customer error
Reshipping costs if an item is returned to us due to address issues
If you realize an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at help@joppashop.co.uk We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. However, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier where possible.
If your order is:
Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with neighbours, household members, and your local post office first.
Delayed beyond the expected timeframe: Contact us and we can assist in filing a claim or investigation.
Damaged upon arrival: Please email us at help@joppashop.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
🚫 Non-Deliverable & Returned Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer) can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If you no longer want the item, a refund may be issued minus shipping charges (original and return), and restocking fees may apply.
🚚 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO)
Certain items (e.g. batteries, liquids, or restricted toys) may have shipping limitations based on local regulations.
❗ Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
